  • 1 cup besan / gram flour
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ½ tomato, chopped
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
