bhindi fry recipe | bhindi ki sabzi | bhindi masala dry | okra fry recipe with step by step photo and video recipe. okra fry recipe is a popular north indian sabzi which is famous for its nutritious value and of course for its amazing taste. ladies finger masala dry is an ideal accompaniment with chapati as a form of sabzi and also can be heaven with steamed rice, dal and ghee.

i have shared quite a few bhindi recipes till now which also includes bhindi masala gravy which is wet or gravy version of this recipe. i prepare bhindi fry recipe quite often compared to the gravy one as it is less hassle and quick to prepare. further, bhindi fry not just an amazing side dish to roti, my husband likes it with hot steamed rice too. he just mixes both rice and bhindi masala dry and tops with a drop of ghee and asks nothing further. also i try this recipe with frozen cut bhindi, but i make sure to de-frost them before using.

bhindi ki sabzi

while there aren’t any complicated steps in this recipe, but still i would mention some do’s and dont’s for bhindi ki sabzi recipe. firstly, make sure to wash the fresh okra’s before using it in this sabzi. once washed do not forget to dry them in a cloth otherwise any moisture would release the sticky latex while stir frying. secondly, i have added finely chopped tomatoes in this recipe with onions. if you do not prefer tomatoes, it can be completely ignored. lastly, i personally recommend to use a non stick kadai for this bhindi masala dry as it does not stick to bottom easily.

finally i do recommend to check my other curry or sabzi recipes collection from my blog. it includes, kurkuri bhindi, dahi bhindi, bharwan bhindi, bhindi ka salan, bhindi raita, okra samabr and baingan masala gravy recipe. in addition do visit my other recipes collection boards like,
