well with this recipe post i am not trying to post a basic noodles recipe with just a tastemaker. i assume everyone knows how to cook it and no one needs any help there. yet i would like to post 4 basic extensions to the same old recipe which we have been preparing all these years. the first one is the cheesy maggi recipe which is loaded with mozzarella cheese. this is my personal favourite and i presume it would be for others too. the second one is the masala maggi loaded with desi spices and finely chopped veggies. it can be an ideal kid’s friendly snack. the third one is the indo chinese style chilli garlic noodles. basically, it has the kick from both the cuisine and perhaps attracts all the young audience. the last one is the curry noodles which is saucy and spicy. this variant can be an ideal meal for dinner as it is gravy based meal.

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chilli powder

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

for cheesy maggi:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • ½ tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 slice cheese
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

for spicy curry maggi:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 chilli, slit
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp beans, chopped
  • ½ carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

for chilli garlic maggi:

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 chilli, slit
  • 2 clove garlic, finelt chopped
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack maggi noodles
  • few capsicums, chopped
  • 1 pack tastemaker
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped

Instructions
 

how to make masaledar masala maggi:

  • firstly, in pan heat 2 tsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic and ½ onion.
  • add ½ carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum, ½ tomato and 2 tbsp sweet corn.
  • saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  • further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  • add 1 cup water and get to a boil.
  • now bread 1 pack maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack tastemaker.
  • mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  • finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy masaledar maggi.

how to make cheesy maggi recipe:

  • firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  • add ½ onion, 2 tbsp spring onion and saute slightly.
  • further add ½ tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum and saute until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  • add 1 cup water and get to a boil.
  • now bread 1 pack maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack tastemaker.
  • mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  • now add 2 slice of cheese and mix until the cheese melts completely. if the noodles are thick, then add water if required.
  • finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy cheese maggi.

  • firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 clove garlic, 2 chilli and saute slightly.
  • add ½ onion and saute until the onion shrink slightly.
  • further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and ¼ tsp salt.
  • saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  • further, add ½ cup tomato puree and satue until the tomato puree thickens.
  • now add 2 tbsp beans, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum and 2 tbsp sweet corn. saute for a minute, or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  • add 1 cup water and get to a boil.
  • now bread 1 pack maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack tastemaker.
  • mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
  • finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy spicy curry maggi.

how to make chilli garlic maggi:
