i am a huge fan of instant recipes and that too morning breakfast recipes which can be made within minutes. most of the instant breakfast recipes i have posted, especially the dosa variants are made with rice flour or rice rava variants. some may have reservations for rice-based breakfast for early morning as it would be rich in carbs. hence this recipe of maida dosa or godi dosa would be an ideal choice. moreover, it is just made with one flour with some spices and herbs as a flavouring agent. basically with these additional toppings, it makes self-sufficient without any additional side dish like chutney or sambar recipes. yet i personally like the combination of spicy mango pickle and chutney powder.

furthermore, some more additional tips, suggestions and variants to the maida dosa or godhuma dosa recipe. firstly, these dosa recipes are not made crisp and are soft and thick. if you need a crisp variant to refer my rava dosa or oats dosa recipe where i have added rice flour and rava to make it crisp and flaky. secondly, to roast dosa, i have used cast iron tawa, but i have ensured it is properly greased and coated with oil so that dosa comes out easily after it is cooked. as an alternative you can also use non-stick dosa, to remove all those hassles but your dosa may not be as crisp as cast iron tawa. lastly, these dosa has to be served immediately with a batch of 3-4 dosa. as you stack it up, it may stick to each other and you may not enjoy the experience.

finally, i request you to check my other related dosa recipes collection with this post of maida dosa & godhuma dosa recipe. it mainly includes my other related dosa variants like heerekai dosa, dosa mix, rava dosa, upvas dosa, rava appam, instant dosa, masala dosa, tuppa dosa, rava uttapam, vegetable uttapam. further to these i would also like to add some more additional recipe category like,
