spicy tomato garlic momos sauce

i have improvised this recipe by adding almonds (badam) to this chutney while grinding. this acts as neutralisation for the spice and maintains the thickness to this chutney. you can totally skip it if you do not like almonds. furthermore, you can enjoy the momos with the schezwan sauce recipe

momos chutney can be served with snacks like paneer tikkapunjabi samosavada pavmasala papad. this can be even served with the indian onion pakodaveg bondasweet potato podibread pakora the sauce goes amazingly well. also check my other chutney collections.
