onion pakoraonion pakoda recipe or nirulli bajji has always been my favourite snack. this is perfect snack recipe if it is raining heavily outside or in cold wintery days. i think this recipe is common in most of the south indian and maharashtra houses. i still remember my childhood days when my grandma use to prepare this once i come back from school.

i should have shared this recipe long back and this recipe was overlooked by me. hence i decided today to prepare this recipe and share it with video and photo recipe. this recipe does not consume much oil and my husband eats it with bread or pav. he makes kandha bajji sandwich with some green chutney or dry garlic chutney. he loves that combination.

onion pakoda

basically onion pakoda recipe is prepared with besan mixed properly with thinly sliced onions. this is mixed with spices as mentioned in the recipe card. i would highly recommend to watch my video recipe as it would be easier for the preparation of these pakoras.
