while the recipe of tomato cheese sandwich recipe is extremely simple, yet i would like to mention some tips and recommendations. firstly, i have used normal white sandwich bread slices in this recipe, alternatively brown bread and wholegrain bread can also be used. secondly, i have added mustard sauce which has the spicy flavour in it. but for additional spiciness, you can add green chutney and / or maggie hot and sweet tomato sauce. lastly, the prepared sandwich can either be grilled or even toasted with sandwich press as per preferences.

how to make cheese and tomato sandwich with step by step photo:

1. firstly, spread 1 tsp garlic mayo or eggless mayonnaise over a bread slice.
   
2. further place 5 slices tomatoes.
3. also top with 3 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and few lettuce leaves.
   
4. on another bread slice, spread 1 tsp mustard sauce.
   
5. grill the sandwich spreading butter.
   
6. finally, sever tomato cheese sandwich hot for breakfast.
   

notes:

• firstly, add pepper and salt if your mayo and mustard sauce is not flavourful.
• also, add more tomatoes and cheese if you like.
• additionally, you can toast the sandwich on tawa if you do not have sandwich maker.
