firstly, take a large kadai along with 2 tsp of oil.
further add cinnamon stick, cloves and pepper. saute till they turn aromatic.
now add onions and saute till the onions turn slightly golden brown.
furthermore, add tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes turn soft.
time to add vegetables of your choice.
also add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
saute for a minute.
further add a cup of water and cook covered for 15 minutes.
now add prepared masala paste earlier and mix well.
adjust the consistency by adding water as required.
further, simmer for 10 minutes till the raw smell of coconut disappears.
finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
