firstly, heat olive oil in a wok.
further add garlic and ginger. saute on high flame.
also add sliced onions and spring onions and saute well.
additionally add vegetables like carrot, broccoli, beans and cabbage.
saute on high flame and make sure not to loose the crunchiness.
also add in capsicum and saute well.
furthermore add cooked noodles and mix gently.
additionally, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, salt to taste and ½ tsp pepper.
mix or toss on high flame without breaking noodles.
furthermore, add spring onion and transfer to the serving bowl.
finally, serve veg noodles hot along with gobi manchurian.
