Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil / any oil
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped
  • ½ onion thinly sliced
  • 1 stem spring onion finely chopped
  • ½ carrot julienne cut
  • 9 florets broccoli
  • 3 beans finely chopped
  • ½ cup cabbage thinly shredded
  • ½ capsicum green & red, sliced
  • 2 pack noodles
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp pepper crushed

Instructions

  • firstly, heat olive oil in a wok.
  • further add garlic and ginger. saute on high flame.
  • also add sliced onions and spring onions and saute well.
  • additionally add vegetables like carrot, broccoli, beans and cabbage.
  • saute on high flame and make sure not to loose the crunchiness.
  • also add in capsicum and saute well.
  • furthermore add cooked noodles and mix gently.
  • additionally, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, salt to taste and ½ tsp pepper.
  • mix or toss on high flame without breaking noodles.
  • furthermore, add spring onion and transfer to the serving bowl.
  • finally, serve veg noodles hot along with gobi manchurian.
