Ingredients

  • 7 whole papdi / papri
  • ¼ potato boiled and peeled
  • handful of moong sprouts optional
  • 3 tsp green chutney
  • 3 tsp tamarind chutney / imli chutney
  • pinch of chilli powder
  • pinch of chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of cumin powder
  • 3 tbsp curd thick
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • handful of sev
  • few coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions

  • firstly, arrange papdi or papri in a plate.
  • further, place boiled potato pieces over it.
  • also spread moong sprouts optionally.
  • additionally, pour 3 tsp of green chutney and tamarind chutney over the papdis.
  • furthermore, sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala and cumin powder.
  • add in thick whisked curd over papri.
  • also sprinkle finely chopped onions.
  • spread generous amount of sev.
  • additionally, sprinkle salt to taste.
  • finally, serve papdi chaat recipe or dahi papri chaat immediately along with hot masala tea.
