firstly, take coriander leaves and green chilli.
furthermore, blend to smooth paste adding required water.
also add thick curd.
additionally, add some coconut milk and give a good mix.
furthermore, add salt to taste and mix well.
prepare the tempering. in a small kadai, take ghee, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves and hing. allow to splutter.
finally, pour the tempering over the tambli and serve with hot steamed rice.
