to prepare the paneer burji filling, check out my recipe of paneer burji gravy here.
to assemble the sandwich, place a slice of bread on a flat surface, and spread green chutney and butter evenly on bread slice.
spoon a small amount of paneer burji gravy filling on top of the slice and spread it evenly on the bread slice. you can alternatively use paneer slices.
place the cheese slice over the bread.
arrange 4 tomato slices and onion rings over the potato filling.
later over this layer arrange sliced carrots and onion.
sprinkle a pinch of pepper powder and salt evenly on sandwich. also squeeze some tomato ketchup over it.
over the filling with the another slice of bread. gently press the sandwich down with your palm.
place the sandwich in the preheated grill pan or tava.
close the grill pan and allow to lightly browned from both the sides.
serve the grilled spicy cheese paneer sandwich for breakfast along with a hot cup of chai.
