i have posted quite a few instant dosa recipes that include both crisp and soft one, but this one complete dosa recipe. you may have to search for multiple recipes in different places for the aloo bhaji, coconut chutney and eventually dosa batter recipe. but in this post, i have covered all these 3 recipes in a single post. moreover, there are so many types and variants of crisp dosa, but this is a perfect nomination for masala dosa. it not only holds the shape of masala dosa, but is also crunchy crisp. as matter of fact, i felt it is crisper than the traditional dosa batter, perhaps due to the use of semolina. in addition, it can easily hold its crisp for a minimum of 4-5 mins which is not the case in rice and urad dal based dosa. therefore, i would heavily recommend this dosa for your next breakfast meal, if you have not planned anything yet to satisfy your dosa craving.
