after 2 hours of resting the dough, knead gently and pinch a ball sized dough.
dust it with wheat flour and roll gently.
roll to a slightly thick dough.
now prick with a fork to prevent from puffing while cooking.
place the rolled pizza base over hot tawa and cook on medium flame.
cook until the base is fully cooked. flip over and press gently.
now spread 2 tbsp of prepared pizza sauce.
also spread 2 tbsp of prepared cheese alternative.
further top with capsicum, onion, tomato and sweet corn.
sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
finally, slice the pizza and enjoy.
