firstly, in a large bowl take ¼ cup custard powder and 4 cup milk.
whisk well making sure there are no lumps.
transfer the milk into large kadai.
keeping the flame on medium, stir continuously.
cook until the milk thickensns. it takes approximately 13 minutes to thicken.
scrape the sides and custard milk is ready.
cool completely, transfer to a large bowl. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
after 30 minutes, the custard milk will turn even thicker and creamier.
add 2 tbsp raisins, 10 pistachios, 5 almonds, 5 dates and 5 cashew.
mix well and finally, dry fruits custard is ready using homemade custard powder.
