firstly, in a large vessel take 2 litre water, 1 tbsp salt.
once the water comes to a boil, add 300 grams spaghetti pasta.
mix well making sure the pasta is completely immersed in water.
boil for 8 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. refer package instruction to know the cooking time.
drain off the water and keep aside. reserve the pasta boiled water, we will use it later.
now in a large wok, take 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter.
add 5 clove garlic and saute slightly.
also, add 1 tsp chilli flakes and saute until the flavours are absorbed well.
now add ½ cup pasta boiled water and mix well. adding pasta boiled water gives nice saucy texture due to starch.
once the water comes to a boil, add boiled pasta and mix gently.
also, add 1 tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes. give a good mix.
now add 3 tbsp cheese and give a final mix. you can use parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese here.
