for roasting tofu:
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup tofu
- ¼ tsp pepper crushed
- ¼ tsp salt
how to make homemade salad dressing:
firstly, in a bowl take ½ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp garlic paste and ½ tsp salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
