firstly, in a mixi jar take 1 cup rava and 1 cup poha.
blend to a fine powder without adding water.
transfer the rava and suji powder into a large bowl. add 2 tbsp rice flour, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
also, add ½ cup curd and water. mix well forming a smooth batter.
rest the batter for 15 minutes or until the batter is well soaked.
now add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix gently.
take a small pan and grease well with oil.
pour the batter over the pan.
place the aloo stuffing in the centre and press gently.
now pour the dosa batter and cover the aloo masala.
cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes or until the base is cooked.
flip over and cook both sides.
finally, enjoy aloo stuffed dosa with green chutney.
