firstly, cut 5 slice of bread and transfer to the mix.
pulse and grind until the breadcrumbs are formed.
transfer the bread crumbs into large bowl.
add 3 potato, ½ onion, 1 carrot, 2 chilli, ½ tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tbsp coriander and ½ tsp salt.
squeeze and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
form a soft dough.
now pinch a ball sized mixture and shape to round shape.
deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium.
stir occasionally, until the vada turns golden brown and crisp.
drain off making sure to remove excess oil. keep aside.
