  • 1 cup water

for spinach drink:

  • 1 cup palak
  • 5 slice cucumber
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

for mint tea:

  • 2 cup water
  • few mint
  • 1 tsp fennel
  • ½ inch cinnamon
  • 2 pod cardamom

for turmeric tea:

  • 2 cup water
  • 2 inch ginger
  • ½ inch cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp turmeric

Instructions

how to make pineapple drink:

  • firstly, in a mixer jar take ½ apple, 5 slices cucumber and ½ cup pineapple.
  • add 1 cup water and blend to smooth juice.
