Ingredients

for pizza base:

  • 4 slice bread
  • ½ cup rava / semolina
  • ¼ cup curd
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp eno fruit salt

for toppings:

  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • onion
  • capsicum
  • tomato
  • sweet corn
  • olives
  • jalapeno
  • cheese
  • chilli flakes
  • mixed herbs

Instructions

  • firstly, in a mixer jar take 4 slices of bread, ½ cup rava.
  • pulse and grind to coarse texture.
  • transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
  • add ¼ cup curd, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp salt.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • further, add 1 cup of water and mix well.
  • cover and rest for 10 minutes.
  • after 10 minutes, the rava has soaked well.
  • now add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently until the batter turns frothy.
  • heat the pan with 2 tsp oil.
  • transfer the batter and spread uniformly.
  • cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the base is cooked well.
  • flip over making sure not to damage the base.
  • spread 3 tbsp pizza sauce.
  • also, top onion, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn, olives, jalapeno, cheese, chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
  • cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the cheese melt completely.
  • finally, cut the instant pizza into slices before serving.
