- ½ tsp kala namak

for aamchur pani:
- 2 tbsp aamchur
- ½ cup coriander
- 1 chilli
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp kala namak
- ½ tsp salt

for meetha pani:
- 1½ cup tamarind pulp
- 1 tbsp jaggery
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp kala namak
- ½ tsp salt

how to make garlic pani:
firstly, in a mixer jar take 8 clove garlic, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp cumin powder and ½ tsp kala namak.
also, add ½ tsp salt and ½ lemon.
grind to smooth paste adding water as required.

firstly, in a pan take 2 tbsp cumin and roast on low flame.
roast until the cumin turns smoky aromatic.
cool completely, and transfer to mixer jar.
also add ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp chaat masala, 3 tbsp mint, 1 chilli and ½ lemon.
grind to smooth paste adding water as required.

firstly, in a large bowl take ¾ tsp hing, ¼ cup tamarind pulp and 1 tsp jaggery.
