for khajoor drink:
- 7 dry khajoor
- 1 anjeer
- 2 cup milk
- 3 pods cardamom
- 1 inch cinnamon

- 12 badam
- 2 cup milk
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- few saffron
- 2 tbsp pistachios chopped
for ragi milk:
- 1½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp ragi flour
- 1 tsp jaggery
- ½ cup water
for sesame milk:
- ¼ cup sesame
- water for soaking & grinding
how to make khajoor drink:
firstly, in a bowl take 7 dry khajoor and 1 anjeer.
soak in water for at least 4 hours.
remove the seeds and transfer them to the blender jar.
grind to smooth paste. keep aside.
in a saucepan heat 2 cup of milk, and add prepared khajoor paste.
also, add 3 pods of cardamom and 1 inch of cinnamon.
mix well and get to a boil.
finally, khajoor milk recipe is ready to drink.
how to make badam milk:
firstly, soak 12 badam for at least 4 hours or overnight.
peel the skin and transfer them to the blender jar.
add ¼ cup milk and grind to a smooth paste. keep aside.
in a saucepan heat 2 cup of milk, and add prepared almond paste.
also, add ¼ tsp turmeric and few saffrons.
mix well and get to a boil.
you can also add 2 tbsp pistachios and boil until the milk thickens slightly.
