Ingredients

for khajoor drink:

  • 7 dry khajoor
  • 1 anjeer
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 pods cardamom
  • 1 inch cinnamon

for badam milk:

  • 12 badam
  • 2 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • few saffron
  • 2 tbsp pistachios chopped

for ragi milk:

  • cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ragi flour
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • ½ cup water

for sesame milk:

  • ¼ cup sesame
  • water for soaking & grinding

Instructions

how to make khajoor drink:

  • firstly, in a bowl take 7 dry khajoor and 1 anjeer.
  • soak in water for at least 4 hours.
  • remove the seeds and transfer them to the blender jar.
  • grind to smooth paste. keep aside.
  • in a saucepan heat 2 cup of milk, and add prepared khajoor paste.
  • also, add 3 pods of cardamom and 1 inch of cinnamon.
  • mix well and get to a boil.
  • finally, khajoor milk recipe is ready to drink.

how to make badam milk:

  • firstly, soak 12 badam for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • peel the skin and transfer them to the blender jar.
  • add ¼ cup milk and grind to a smooth paste. keep aside.
  • in a saucepan heat 2 cup of milk, and add prepared almond paste.
  • also, add ¼ tsp turmeric and few saffrons.
  • mix well and get to a boil.
  • you can also add 2 tbsp pistachios and boil until the milk thickens slightly.
  • finally, badam milk recipe is ready to drink.

how to make ragi milk:

  • firstly, in a saucepan take 1½ cup milk and 1 tbsp ragi flour.
  • mix well and boil until the mixture thickens and turns glossy.
  • now add 1 tsp jaggery and ½ cup water.
  • mix and get to a boil.
  • finally, ragi milk recipe is ready to drink.

how to make sesame milk:

  • firstly, in a bowl soak ¼ cup of sesame for atleast 4 hours or overnight.
  • transfer the soaked sesame seeds to a blender jar and grind smooth.
  • sieve the mixture using a clean cheesecloth.
  • sesame milk is ready, you can add water to adjust the consistency.
  • finally, enjoy sesame milk chilled.
