- ¼ cup maida
- ¾ tsp baking powder

- 2 tbsp tomato chopped
- 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- 2 chilli finely chopped

How to make eggless omelette batter:
firstly, in a bowl take 1 cup besan, ¼ cup maida and ¾ tsp baking powder.
also add ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp pepper powder. mix well.
further, add 1½ cup water and whisk well to form a lump-free flowing batter.
also add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp coriander and 2 chilli.
mix well making sure everything is well combined. The Eggless omelette batter is ready.

firstly, dip a bread slice in the omelette mixture.
