Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan
  • ¼ cup maida
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • cup water
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 2 chilli finely chopped
  • bread brown or white
  • butter for roasting

Instructions

How to make eggless omelette batter:

  • firstly, in a bowl take 1 cup besan, ¼ cup maida and ¾ tsp baking powder.
  • also add ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp pepper powder. mix well.
  • further, add 1½ cup water and whisk well to form a lump-free flowing batter.
  • also add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp coriander and 2 chilli.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined. The Eggless omelette batter is ready.

How to make eggless bread toast:

  • firstly, dip a bread slice in the omelette mixture.
  • immediately place on the hot pan and cook on medium flame. you can top with a few omelette mixtures to get vegetables.
  • once the base is cooked, flip it over.
  • spread some butter and cook both sides.
  • finally, eggless bread toast is ready to enjoy.

How to make eggless fresh toast recipe:

  • pour half a cup of eggless omelette batter on the hot pan and spread the batter by moving the pan.
  • cook on medium flame, and place a bread slice on top of it.
  • once the base of the omelette is cooked, flip it over.
  • spread some butter and cook both sides.
  • tuck the sides of omelette into the bread.
