firstly, in a bowl take 3 cup maida, 1½ tsp baking powder, and ¾ tsp salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
now add ¾ cup curd, and water and start to knead the dough.
knead well making sure the dough is sticky.
further, add 2 tbsp oil and knead well.
knead to a smooth nonsticky dough.
tuck the dough well and cut it into pieces.
knead the ball-sized dough and tuck it well. cover and keep aside to prevent from drying.
dust the dough with maida and start rolling.
also, sprinkle some kalonji seeds and roll gently.
roll uniformly to a slightly thick thickness.
now place the rolled bread on the hot pan and cook on medium flame.
flip over and cook until the bread is half cooked.
now place directly on the burner and allow to puff up.
flip over and cook both sides.
brush the butter to keep the bread super soft.
finally, enjoy soft bread with curry or use it to prepare sandwiches.
