firstly, in a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee and fry 3 tbsp gond on low flame.
fry until the gond puffs up and turns crystal.
cool completely, and crush slightly. keep aside.
in the pan dry roast 2 tbsp poppy seeds until it starts to pop.
further, add 1 cup of dry coconut and roast until it turns aromatic and golden brown.
transfer to the same plate and allow to cool slightly.
further heat 2 tbsp ghee. add 1 cup almonds, 1 cup cashew, 1 cup walnuts, and 3 tbsp pistachios.
roast until the nuts turn crunchy and golden brown.
also add 1 cup raisins, 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, and 3 tbsp sunflower seeds.
roast until the seeds turn crunchy.
transfer to the same plate and allow to cool completely.
further, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix all the ingredients well. keep aside.
in a large kadai take 2 tbsp ghee, 6 anjeer and 400 grams of dates paste.
cook on medium flame until the dates paste starts to melt and turns into a paste consistency.
add in roasted nuts and mix well.
combine and mix until all the ingredients are well combined. dates help in binding the nuts.
when the mixture is still warm, start shaping it into ladoo.
finally, enjoy dry fruits ladoo or store them in an airtight container for a month.
