Ingredients

  • cup wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • warm water for kneading
  • ghee for greasing & roasting

Instructions

  • firstly, in a large bowl take 2½ cup wheat flour and ½ tsp salt. mix well.
  • add water as required and start to knead the dough.
  • knead to a smooth and soft dough by punching well.
  • cover and rest for 20 minutes.
