firstly, cut the bread slices into pieces and toast with 1 tbsp butter.
in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter, 2 tsp oil. saute 2 chilli, 3 clove garlic and 1 inch ginger.
also, saute 1 onion until it softens.
further, add 2 tomato and saute until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
now add ½ tsp turmeric and 1 tsp chilli powder. saute slightly.
add ½ capsicum and stir fry keeping the capsicum crunchy.
furthermore add 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and ½ tsp salt.
cook until the sauces are well combined.
add in toasted bread, 2 tbsp coriander and mix gently.
finally, enjoy chilli bread with tomato sauce when it is still hot or pack in the lunch box.
