Ingredients

for stuffing:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise eggless
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • ½ cup paneer cubed
  • 2 chilli chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chilli powder

for toast:

Instructions

  • firstly, to prepare the stuffing, in a large bowl take ¼ cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
  • add ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
  • now add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, ½ cup paneer, 2 chilli and ½ tsp salt.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • to make the stuffing extra spicy, you can add ½ tsp chilli powder.
  • take a bread slice, and spread butter. spreading butter prevents the bread from turning soggy.
  • also spread green chutney to make the sandwich spicy.
  • further place a cheese slice. you can alternatively use grated cheese.
  • now spread 2 tbsp of prepared chilli paneer stuffing.
  • top with little grated cheese.
  • toast on tawa by covering. toast until the bread turns crisp and the cheese melts completely.
  • finally, cut it in half and enjoy chilli cheese paneer toast.
  • to make a sandwich, you cover it with a cheese and bread slice.
  • spread butter and toast using the gas toaster.
  • finally, cut the chilli cheese paneer sandwich in half and enjoy.
