Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • ¼ cup milk powder
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup coconut shredded
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • firstly, in a pan take 2 cup milk, 1 cup cream, ¼ cup milk powder and ½ cup condensed milk.
  • mix well and cook until the mixture thickens.
  • add ½ cup coconut, ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
  • continue to cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture turns creamy texture.
  • cool completely, and transfer into molds.
  • freeze for 8 hours or until the ice cream is set completely.
