firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp ghee and roast ½ cup semiya.
roast until the semiya turns golden brown. keep aside.
in a large kadai heat 1 litre milk until it comes to a boil.
once the milk comes to a boil, add roasted semiya and mix well.
simmer for 5 minutes, or until the semiya is cooked well.
now in a small bowl take 3 tbsp custard powder and ½ cup milk.
mix well making sure there are no lumps.
add in prepared custard milk and cook until the kheer thickens.
further, add ½ cup condensed milk and mix well.
cool the kheer completely.
now grind 1 cup mango into a smooth puree.
add in prepared mango puree into the semiya kheer and mix well.
