Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 cup maida
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 glass milk
  • pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  • firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup maida, 2 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder and ¼ tsp baking soda.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • add 2 tbsp melted butter and 1 glass milk.
  • whisk and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • add more milk if required to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  • now grate 1 apple, pinch cinnamon powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tsp vinegar.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • grease the non-stick frying pan with butter and pour ¼ cup pancake batter over the medium-hot pan.
  • cook for 1 minute or until the bubbles appear on the surface.
  • now flip it over and continue to cook until it is cooked through.
  • finally, transfer Apple Pancake Recipe to a plate and serve with maple syrup, honey, and extra butter.
