Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • tomato sauce / pizza sauce
  • 8 slice cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp pizza cheese
  • onion for toppings
  • carrot for toppings
  • tomato for toppings
  • sweet corn for toppings
  • capsicum for toppings
  • jalapeno
  • olives
  • chilli flakes
  • mixed herbs

Instructions

  • firstly, take bread slices and trim off the sides.
  • roll gently, making sure the bread slice is thin.
  • now spread tomato sauce / pizza sauce and place a cheese slice.
  • roll tightly, making sure the sauce and cheese in intact. i have used 8 bread slices.
  • now cut the rolled bread into 3 pieces.
  • place the pinwheel bread slices on the pan.
  • spread 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp pizza sauce.
  • also top with pizza cheese, onion, carrot, tomato, sweet corn, capsicum, jalapeno, olives, chilli flakes, and mixed herbs.
  • you can top it with more cheese if required.
  • cover with the lid or the pan and cook on low flame until the cheese melts and the base turns crisp. you can also bake in the oven at 180 degree celcius for 5 minutes.
