Ingredients

for chilli garlic butter:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 chilli finely chopped
  • 5 garlic finely chopped
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped

for sandwich & toast:

  • bread
  • chilli flakes
  • cheese
  • tomato
  • onion
  • cucumber

Instructions

  • Firstly, spicy chilli garlic butter, in a small bowl take 2 tbsp butter and mash smooth.
  • Add 3 chilli, 5 garlic, ½ tsp mixed herbs and 2 tbsp coriander.
  • Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • To prepare Chilli Cheese Toast, spread a generous amount of chilli garlic butter on the bread.
  • Top with cheese, chilli flakes, coriander, and chilli.
  • Toast on the pan by spreading butter on the other side.
  • Cover and toast until the cheese melts.
  • Finally, cut half and enjoy chilli cheese toast.
  • To prepare the Chilli Cheese Sandwich, spread a generous amount of chilli garlic butter over bread.
  • Top with cheese, tomato, onion and cucumber.
  • Also top with chilli flakes, chilli and more cheese.
  • Spread the chilli garlic butter on the bread slice and cover it.
  • Now grill the sandwich in the sandwich maker until it turns golden brown. make sure to spread butter before grilling.
