Firstly, in a bowl take 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp paneer, 2 tbsp boiled potato.
Add 1 tsp schezwan chutney, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp mixed herbs, and 3 tbsp cheese.
Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Now take 2 bread slices and spread butter.
Also, spread schezwan chutney over the bread.
Place cheese slices and stuff in the prepared stuffing.
Place another cheese slice and cover with the bread.
Toast on a pan by applying butter.
Flip over once the bottom is golden brown.
Now spread schezwan sauce, and top with stuffing and cheese.
Also, top with mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
