Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp carrot chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp paneer chopped
  • 2 tbsp boiled potato chopped
  • 1 tsp schezwan chutney
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 3 tbsp cheese grated
  • bread slices
  • butter for toasting
  • schezwan chutney for spreading

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a bowl take 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp paneer, 2 tbsp boiled potato.
  • Add 1 tsp schezwan chutney, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp mixed herbs, and 3 tbsp cheese.
  • Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • Now take 2 bread slices and spread butter.
  • Also, spread schezwan chutney over the bread.
  • Place cheese slices and stuff in the prepared stuffing.
  • Place another cheese slice and cover with the bread.
  • Toast on a pan by applying butter.
  • Flip over once the bottom is golden brown.
  • Now spread schezwan sauce, and top with stuffing and cheese.
  • Also, top with mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
  • Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
