Ingredients

for aloo mixture (serves 6 plate:):

  • 2 potato / aloo boiled &
  • mashed
  • ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp dry mango powder / aamchur
  • 1 tsp green chutney
  • ¼ tsp salt

for assembling (1 plate):

  • 7 puri / golgappe puri
  • pinch of chaat masala
  • pinch salt
  • handful sev
  • pinch of kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • ¼ lemon juice

Instructions

  • firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled and mashed potato.
  • add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp aamchur, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp green chutney and ¼ tsp salt.
  • mix all the ingredients well. aloo mixture ready.
  • now in a small plate take 7 puri and make a hole in the centre.
  • stuff in prepared aloo mixture. do not overstuff the mixture.
  • also sprinkle, chaat masala, salt and chilli powder.
  • add in fine sev into each puri.
  • further, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and squeeze ¼ lemon juice.
  • finally, serve sukha puri immediately after pani puri or enjoy as it is.
