firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled and mashed potato.
add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp aamchur, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp green chutney and ¼ tsp salt.
mix all the ingredients well. aloo mixture ready.
now in a small plate take 7 puri and make a hole in the centre.
stuff in prepared aloo mixture. do not overstuff the mixture.
also sprinkle, chaat masala, salt and chilli powder.
add in fine sev into each puri.
further, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and squeeze ¼ lemon juice.
finally, serve sukha puri immediately after pani puri or enjoy as it is.
