firstly, take raw banana and cut the ends.
also slit the skin without touching the banana.
further, peel of the skin with your hand.
heat the coconut oil and reduce the flame to medium.
slice the peeled raw banana directly into oil.
stir for a minute on medium flame.
and now, take a small cup with water.
add in salt and turmeric, mix well.
further, spread and pour 2 tsp of salt-turmeric water into oil.
be careful as oil might splutter little.
stir occasionally, till the chips gets cooked well.
also cook till the chips turn crisp but do not turn to golden brown.
now drain off over kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
also allow to cool completely before transferring to airtight container.
finally, crispy and tasty banana chips are ready to serve along with tea.
