firstly, prepare the stuffing by heating oil.
add onions and ginger garlic paste.
further add reserved karela skin and seeds.
continue to saute for 2 minutes.
additionally, add spices and saute on low flame.
now add garam masala and sugar.
mix well, and the stuffing is ready.
take the washed, peeled and slit karela and stuff the stuffing.
further, with the help of toothpick, secure tight.
fry the stuffed karela in 3-4 tbsp oil on low flame.
also make sure to fry the bitter gourd both sides.
cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
further add leftover stuffing masala and mix gently.
cover and simmer further for 2 minutes.
finally, bharwa karela or stuffed bitter gourd is ready to serve with rice or chapathi.
