Ingredients

  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder / 3 tbsp decoction
  • 1 tbsp warm water skip this if using decoction
  • 1 cup full cream milk cold
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened (optional)
  • 2 tsp sugar powdered
  • 6 cubes of ice
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup to decorate

Instructions

  • firstly, in a small bowl dissolve 1 tsp of instant coffee powder with 1 tbsp of warm water. alternatively use 3 tbsp decoction.
  • further in a blender add milk and prepared instant coffee decoction.
  • also add cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
  • furthermore add ice cubes.
  • blend to frothy and foamy milkshake.
  • further, take a tsp of chocolate syrup and decorate the sides of glass.
  • pour the prepared milkshake.
  • finally, decorate with more whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream just before serving cold coffee milkshake.
