Ingredients

  • 6 puri/ papdis
  • 1 potato boiled
  • 6-7 tsp green chutney
  • 6 tsp tamarind chutney
  • 3 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp tomato finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • pinch of chaat masala
  • pinch of black salt / salt
  • ¼ cup sev
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions

  • firstly, take puri and make a hole at the centre with the help of thumb.
  • furthermore, stuff a tsp of boiled potato into each puris.
  • also, add a tsp of green chutney into each puris.
  • further, add a tsp more tamarind chutney.
  • sprinkle and spread a generous amount of finely chopped onions over it.
  • also sprinkle and spread finely chopped tomatoes over it.
  • then sprinkle chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala.
  • furthermore, sprinkle black salt or salt to taste.
  • then sprinkle and spread handful of thin sev.
  • finally, top up with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
