firstly, take the pizza dough and knead for 30 more seconds .
furthermore, tuck the dough well.
also with the rolling pin roll to slightly thick chapati.
dust with flour if it sticks to the rolling pin.
further, leaving a cm or more and create a dent. this helps the crust to fluff slightly.
then prick with centre of dough with the help of fork to prevent pizza base from fluffing up like chapati.
transfer the base making sure the pricked side is facing up on to the medium hot non stick tawa.
roast for 30-40 seconds on medium heat till the bubbles start to appear.
immediately, take off the pizza base and grease the tawa with olive oil.
then flip over the pizza base making sure the pricked side is facing down.
furthermore, keeping the flame on low spread pizza sauce.
also top with onions and capsicum.
further, top jalapeños and black olives.
then spread generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese over the base.
then apply olive oil over the sides of pizza crust.
sprinkle oregano and cover with a lid.
once the cheese melts immediately cut into slices.
finally, serve pizza hot with chilli flakes and oregano on top.
