firstly, remove the skin from the corn.
also take a sharp knife and scrape off the kernels slowly.
furthermore, transfer the kernels to a bowl.
and add chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste.
also add tomato sauce and give a good mix. this helps to enhance the flavour and also helps in binding corn flour to the corn.
furthermore add corn flour and give a good mix. make sure the kernels are dry. else add more corn flour.
then deep fry the corn kernels on medium heat oil.
also stir in between till the kernels turn crispy and golden.
further, drain out to a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
