Firstly, to prepare the masala paste. In a mixer jar take ½ bunch coriander, few mint, 5 chilli, 1 inch ginger and 7 cloves garlic.
Also add 1 inch cinnamon, 1 black cardamom, 5 pods cardamom, 6 cloves and ½ tsp pepper.
Add water as required and grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
In a large kadai, heat 2 tbsp ghee. Add 1 tsp cumin, 1 onion and saute well.
Also add ½ capsicum, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 5 beans, and 4 tbsp peas.
Stir fry till the vegetables turn crunchy.
Further, add prepared masala paste and cook well.
Now add 3 cup water, 2 tsp salt and mix well.
Once the water comes to a boil, add 1½ cup basmati rice, 2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked well.
Fluff the rice gently without breaking the rice grains.
