firstly, cut 5 slice bread and transfer to a blender.
blend to a fine powder (breadcrumbs) without adding any water.
transfer the prepared bread crumbs into a large mixing bowl.
also add 1 cup maida, ¼ cup rava, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt.
mix well making sure all the flour are combined well.
further, add 1 cup curd and knead dough for at least 5 minutes.
add water if required and knead to smooth dough.
knead the dough again making sure it's stiff as rava absorbs water.
pinch a ball sized dough and flatten.
roll the dough evenly into an oval shape using a rolling pin. roll neither too thin nor thick.
drop the rolled bhatura into the hot oil and fry.
finally, serve bread bhatura with chana masala.
