firstly, in a large bowl take ½ cup suji, ½ cup besan, ¼ tsp turmeric and ¾ tsp salt.
add 1½ cup water and mix using a whisk.
prepare a smooth lump free batter.
now in a large kadai heat 2 tsp oil and saute ¼ tsp ajwain and pinch hing.
pour in prepared suji besan batter and mix well.
stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
continue to stir until the mixture holds shape and starts to separate from the pan.
transfer the dough into a large mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.
further add ½ onion, few curry leaves, 2 chilli, ½ tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tsp lemon juice.
mix well forming a soft dough.
now grease hand with oil and prepare small ball sized.
deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally. or preheat and bake at 180 degree celcius for 25 minutes.
fry until the pakora turns golden and crisp.
finally, enjoy suji besan cutlet / suji besan balls with tomato sauce.
