firstly, take 4 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic, 1 chilli.
now add ½ onion and 2 tbsp spring onion. saute on high flame.
further add ½ carrot, 4 beans and ½ capsicum. stir fry.
make a gap in the centre and add 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
stir fry on high flame.
add in fried gobi and mix gently coating sauces well.
further add cooked rice, 1 tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt and mix gently.
finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy gobi fried rice.
