firstly, in a large bowl take 3 boiled and mashed potato.
add ½ cup bread crumbs and 2 tbsp corn flour. they help to absorb moisture.
also, add ¾ tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp salt.
squeeze and mix well forming a soft dough.
if the dough is still sticky, add 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and mix well. this helps to absorb moisture. keep aside.
further, take a small ball sized aloo mixture, and shape into cubes.
dip in corn flour slurry all over.
then roll in breadcrumbs. make double coating to get a crispy outer layer.
now deep fry in hot oil or bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 15 minutes.
stir occasionally, until it turns golden brown and crisp. drain over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
finally, enjoy aloo bites / potato bites with tomato sauce.
