firstly, in a large bowl take 1 onion, ¾ cup coconut, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
now add 2½ cup poha and mix well.
rest for 10 minutes making sure poha absorbs moisture and turns soft.
meanwhile, in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and roast 2 tbsp peanut. roast until peanuts turn crunchy.
splutter 1 tsp mustard, ½ tsp cumin, pinch hing, 2 chilli, few curry leaves and ½ tsp turmeric.
pour the tempering over poha and mix well.
also, add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well.
finally, enjoy dadpe pohe as a morning breakfast with tea.
