for ginger turmeric tea:
- 2 inch ginger
- 1 inch cinnamon

- 5 cardamom / elachi
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 cup water
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp jaggery
- 1 tsp lemon juice
ginger tulsi tea:
- 4 cup water
- 2 bay leaf
- few tulsi / basil
- 1 inch ginger chopped
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 3 pod cardamom
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp cloves
- 1 tsp honey
fresh mint tea:
- handful mint / pudina
- 1 inch cinnamon
- ½ tsp cloves
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 cardamom
- 4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
ginger turmeric tea:
firstly, in a mortar pestle take 2 inch ginger, 1 inch cinnamon, ½ tsp cloves, 5 cardamom and 1 tsp pepper.
crush into a rough paste. keep aside.
in a saucepan take 4 cup water and add in the prepared ginger turmeric spice mix.
also, add ½ tsp turmeric and 1 tsp jaggery.
mix well, boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
strain the tea and add 1 tsp lemon juice.
finally, ginger turmeric tea is ready to sip.
ginger tulsi tea recipe:
firstly, in a large saucepan take 4 cup water.
add 2 bay leaf, few tulsi, 1 inch ginger, 1 inch cinnamon, 3 pod cardamom, 1 tsp pepper and ½ tsp cloves.
stir well and boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
strain the tea and add 1 tsp honey. you can alternatively use jaggery while boiling.
finally, ginger tulsi tea is ready to sip.
