Ingredients

for ginger turmeric tea:

  • 2 inch ginger
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 5 cardamom / elachi
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 cup water
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

ginger tulsi tea:

  • 4 cup water
  • 2 bay leaf
  • few tulsi / basil
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 3 pod cardamom
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp honey

fresh mint tea:

  • handful mint / pudina
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 cardamom
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

ginger turmeric tea:

  • firstly, in a mortar pestle take 2 inch ginger, 1 inch cinnamon, ½ tsp cloves, 5 cardamom and 1 tsp pepper.
  • crush into a rough paste. keep aside.
  • in a saucepan take 4 cup water and add in the prepared ginger turmeric spice mix.
  • also, add ½ tsp turmeric and 1 tsp jaggery.
  • mix well, boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
  • strain the tea and add 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • finally, ginger turmeric tea is ready to sip.

ginger tulsi tea recipe:

  • firstly, in a large saucepan take 4 cup water.
  • add 2 bay leaf, few tulsi, 1 inch ginger, 1 inch cinnamon, 3 pod cardamom, 1 tsp pepper and ½ tsp cloves.
  • stir well and boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
  • strain the tea and add 1 tsp honey. you can alternatively use jaggery while boiling.
  • finally, ginger tulsi tea is ready to sip.

fresh mint tea recipe:

  • firstly, in a mortar pestle take handful mint.
  • also, add 1 inch cinnamon, ½ tsp cloves, ½ tsp pepper and 4 cardamoms.
  • crush into a rough paste. keep aside.
  • in a saucepan take 4 cup water and add in the prepared mint spice mix.
  • mix well, boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
  • strain the tea and add 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • finally, fresh mint tea is ready to sip.
