Ingredients

for maggi base:

  • cup water
  • 2 pack maggi tastemaker
  • 2 pack maggi noodles
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp butter

for toppings:

  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 6 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • few capsicum chopped
  • 3 slice tomato
  • few jalapeno sliced
  • few olives sliced
  • ¼ tsp mixed herbs
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • firstly, in a large wok pour 1½ cup water and add 2 pack maggi tastemaker.
  • mix well and get the water to a boil.
  • now break 2 pack maggi noodles and mix well.
  • boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles softens.
  • now add 1 tbsp cornflour and mix well. corn flour helps to give a crunchy base.
  • continue to cook for a minute or until there is no more water.
  • in a pan spread 1 tbsp butter and then transfer the maggi.
  • spread the maggi uniformly forming the pizza base.
  • cover and simmer for 5 minutes. make sure to keep the flame on low else the base will burn.
  • cook until the base turns crisp. flip over gently.
  • now spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce and top 4 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
  • also, top with few capsicum, 3 slice tomato, few jalapeno and few olives.
  • further sprinkle ¼ tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp chilli flakes and add 2 tbsp sweet corn.
  • if you want to make it cheesy, add 2 tbsp of more mozzarella cheese.
  • spread 1 tsp olive oil on sides, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the cheese melt completely.
  • finally, slice the maggi pizza and enjoy it when it is hot.
