firstly, in a large wok pour 1½ cup water and add 2 pack maggi tastemaker.
mix well and get the water to a boil.
now break 2 pack maggi noodles and mix well.
boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles softens.
now add 1 tbsp cornflour and mix well. corn flour helps to give a crunchy base.
continue to cook for a minute or until there is no more water.
in a pan spread 1 tbsp butter and then transfer the maggi.
spread the maggi uniformly forming the pizza base.
cover and simmer for 5 minutes. make sure to keep the flame on low else the base will burn.
cook until the base turns crisp. flip over gently.
now spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce and top 4 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
also, top with few capsicum, 3 slice tomato, few jalapeno and few olives.
further sprinkle ¼ tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp chilli flakes and add 2 tbsp sweet corn.
if you want to make it cheesy, add 2 tbsp of more mozzarella cheese.
spread 1 tsp olive oil on sides, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the cheese melt completely.
finally, slice the maggi pizza and enjoy it when it is hot.
